Expertise
Anyone can give nutrition advice. Registered dietitians are trained to get it right.
Nutrition-related Chronic Disease
I help manage nutrition-related chronic diseases such as pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, gastrointestinal disorders, and obesity by providing evidence-based, individualized nutrition care. I assess medical history, lifestyle, and dietary patterns to develop practical, sustainable plans.
I completed my dietetic training at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare system where I learned how to treat patients with multiple co-morbidities. I have three years of inpatient clinical experience since, and over ten years of outpatient work.
Through nutrition education, behavior-change strategies, and ongoing support, I empower individuals to improve clinical outcomes, manage symptoms, and enhance overall quality of life.
Fertility, Prenatal, and Maternal Nutrition
My passion for fertility nutrition is deeply rooted in my own lived experience navigating a long fertility journey. Immediately following the birth of our miracle baby, I earned my certification as a fertility dietitian, combining evidence-based nutrition with empathy and understanding to support others along their path to parenthood. I work with both women and men, recognizing that reproductive health is a shared journey, and I’m committed to helping individuals and couples optimize their fertility with compassionate, personalized care.
My work additionally focuses on optimizing nutrient status before, during, and after pregnancy to promote healthy outcomes for both parent and baby.
Sports Nutrition
As a registered dietitian working at EXOS for ten years, I had the opportunity to be part of a truly holistic performance model that integrates mindset, nutrition, movement, and recovery. In my role as a nutrition specialist, I provided individualized education, body composition analysis, and guidance on pre- and post-workout supplementation to support optimal performance and recovery. I worked with athletes of all levels and backgrounds to develop practical fueling and hydration strategies that align with their training demands, helping them perform at their best while supporting long-term health and sustainability.

I worked at a Fortune 500 company delivering comprehensive wellness programs that went beyond nutrition education and counseling to address holistic health habits, including physical fitness and community-building. These programs were designed to strengthen team cohesion, support employee well-being, and foster a culture of connection across organizations. With a global reach, the initiatives were implemented across diverse regions and populations, adapting to different cultures while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration, engagement, and sustainable healthy behaviors.
