About Me and My Credentials
Hello, thanks for taking the time to check me out. Please see below for my credentials. About me personally, I am a wife, a daughter, a middle sister, an aunt to four beautiful kids, a dog mama, and following a long journey with infertility, finally a mother to a beautiful miracle baby... who's now a toddler! I love everything food-related, except cilantro. When time allows, I enjoy gardening, yoga, strength-based exercise, and ski through the winter. I’m a science nerd, especially when it comes to nutrition, and I’m super Type A, with a little hippie in me. You'll learn even more about me and my related-work experience on the Expertise page.
